Bridge Builder.
hi there,
I’m Rachael.
When I'm not teaching, facilitating, or dreaming up ways to bring people together, I'm shuttling around my kids to activities, folding laundry, and hanging out in my comfy pajamas with my family. I enjoy an artisanal charcuterie board, going to wine country with girlfriends, and planning trips to Japan with my husband Justin and our two kids.
But here's what you probably came here to know. I have spent much of my life bridging the gap between people feeling disconnected and being seen, known, and valued.
I know what it means to be part of a team, what it feels like when a team breaks down, and what it takes to rebuild trust. I am a biracial woman who has navigated her own story of belonging and that experience has given me a deep empathy for anyone sitting in the in-between, wondering where they fit.
I grew up as a collegiate athlete in a family of professional athletes.
that thread followed me into my career.
In corporate marketing and physician relations at a major academic health center in Cincinnati, I was responsible for connecting 650 physicians across 18 specialties who were operating on their own islands, building the relationships and trust that helped them realize they needed each other. I did the same thing at a Bay Area startup, building community from the ground up. And then again in ministry: leading retreats, teaching in churches across San Francisco, building Olive Us, a faith community for people who want to flourish together, and creating spaces where people could finally exhale and belong.
What I've learned is that the gap is everywhere.
Between people on a team who have stopped trusting each other. Between a congregation and the vision God has for them. Between who you are right now and who you sense you are becoming. And I am called to help bridge it.
I am currently graduating with my degree in Biblical Contextual Leadership from Pillar Seminary in May 2026 from, which is just a formal way of saying I am always learning how to do this better.
I help build bridges from my home base in San Francisco and I would love to come alongside you.
