Before Rachael was a Bible teacher and retreat facilitator, she was building bridges between 650 physicians across 18 specialties at a major academic health center. She knows what it looks like when smart, capable people are operating on their own islands. And she knows how to bring them together.
Whether your team has lost trust, your community has lost momentum, or you simply need someone to come in and help people see and know each other better, Rachael creates the space for that to happen. Through experiential group exercises, storytelling, facilitated conversations, and her natural ability to help people feel safe enough to open up, she helps teams build the relational foundation they need to do their best work.
