Retreats
Women's Retreats
Rachael has designed and led women's retreats from the ground up, from theme and teaching to the full arc of the experience. She has also stepped into retreats with an existing vision and built her teaching around it. If your women's ministry needs a retreat facilitator, a speaker, or someone to help you dream the whole thing up, she's done all of it.

Sunday Teaching
Rachael fits into your existing sermon series or brings a topic shaped around what your congregation is walking through. She has taught at Epic Church SF, Canvas Church, New North Church, Redemption Church SF, and neighboring churches across the Bay Area and beyond. Topics and previous teaching available upon request. Congregational Development & Church Consulting
This is the work Rachael is most excited about. Using a biblically grounded approach to problem solving, she comes alongside pastoral teams and church leadership to help identify what isn't working, facilitate the conversations that need to happen, and help congregations find their footing. This is not a long-term engagement: it's focused, purposeful, and designed to help your team get aligned and move forward.
